Grief Support
You Don't Have to Ride This Road Alone
Losing a fellow rider leaves a wound that doesn't heal on its own. These groups, hotlines, and communities exist to walk alongside you.
"Grief is the price of love. And riders love deeply."

Taking Care of Yourself
Grief after a sudden loss — especially a crash — can be traumatic. These practices won't erase the pain, but they can help you carry it.
Let yourself feel it
There is no timeline for grief. Anger, numbness, guilt, and sadness are all valid responses to loss.
Stay connected
Isolation deepens grief. Lean on your chapter, your family, or a support group — even when it's hard to reach out.
Ride when you're ready
Some riders find healing on the road. Others need time away from it. Both are okay. Don't let anyone rush your return.
Seek professional help
A therapist who specializes in traumatic loss can provide tools that friends and family cannot. It is a sign of strength, not weakness.
